Welcome to the website of the ZALA Foundation. In 2009 the foundation was established, with the purpose of fundraising and mobilising support for the activities of its partner organisations. At present the foundation is actively engaged in fundraising for projects of partner organisations such as the Bushman’s Society and the Kaja Mzuri Society, in Zanzibar, Tanzania, both are locally registered NGOs. Besides fundraising, the Foundation Board of ZALA is also actively involved in implementing the projects of both partner organisations and works closely with the board members of these NGOs. The ZALA Foundation does not rule out future partnerships with other partner organizations in Zanzibar in order to encourage public support for its activities and to reach more people. You can support us today - 90% of your cash will be used directly in one of our projects.
